Since its opening in 1971, over 450,000 patrons, performers and volunteers have visited the Barn. And what a ride it has been!. To improve your theater experience, the Barn has made some significant improvements, including a new sound board and surround sound system, and new state of the art stage lighting. But we are not done.
The Barn has embarked upon a NEW VISION. We are in the process of building a new, fully enclosed, 1500 square foot air-conditioned lobby for your safety and convenience. The new lobby will contain additional handicapped accessible restrooms, a snack bar, ticket windows, comfortable seating and décor, and other wonderful amenities. We anticipate the lobby will be completed by the Fall of 2026 and will cost $525,000. So, no more standing outside in the rain, cold or heat, or dodging cars leaving our parking lot, or hoping to be first in line for the bathroom.

Now, through our New Vision Campaign, we’re working toward an exciting next chapter: the construction of a new, enclosed lobby designed to provide greater comfort, accessibility, and a more welcoming experience for our patrons.

Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of our supporters, $162,000 has already been raised toward this important project.

And now, we have an incredible opportunity to make that generosity go even further.

Official Rules
50/50 RAFFLE DRAWING
In accordance with Fla Statute 849.0935, the following rules pertain the 50/50 Raffle Drawing:
1. The drawing shall take place at the Barn Theatre during shows, usually at intermission.
2. The winner of the drawing and the Barn Theatre split the pot equally.
3. The winner must be present to claim the prize.
4. No purchase is necessary. Only one free 50/50 raffle ticket per named show, special event or concert. To receive
one free raffle ticket, the requester must mail a request to the Barn Theatre in writing. The requester must include the
name of the show, special event or concert, his/her full name, home address, telephone number, and email address,
and submit a copy of his/her valid driver's license. The requester must also include a self-addressed envelope
containing adequate postage. The free 50/50 raffle ticket and stub will be mailed back to the requester in the self-
addressed envelope. Mail your request to The Barn Theatre, P.O. Box, 1894, Stuart, Fl., 34995. Only requests
postmarked no earlier than said show, special event or concert’s opening date will be processed. It is the responsibility
of the requester to place the free raffle ticket stub in the drawing bowl. Only requests received in a timely will be
processed.
5. Requester must be at least 18 years old.
RULES GOVERNING THE CONDUCT AND OPERATION OF RAFFLE DRAWINGS (Fla Statute 849.0935)
1. All drawings shall take place at the Barn Theatre during the last performance of a show.
2. Prizes may vary from time to time.
3. No purchase is necessary. To receive one free raffle ticket, the requester must mail a request to the
Barn Theatre in writing. The requester must include his/her full name, address, telephone number and
email address and submit a copy of his/her valid driver's license. The requester must also include a self-
addressed envelope containing adequate postage. Mail your requests to The Barn Theatre, P.O. Box
1894, Stuart, Fl., 34995. Only request letters postmarked on or before the opening of the a main stage
show will be processed. As for concerts and special events, letter requests must be postmarked no later
than two weeks before the opening of said event or concert. Only requests received in a timely fashion
will be processed. The free raffle ticket will be mailed back to the requester in the self-addressed
envelope. It is the responsibility of the requester to place the raffle ticket in the drawing bowl.
4. Requester must name the show or special event/concert for which he or she is requesting the free
raffle ticket.
5. Requester must be at least 18 years old.
