Martin County's Oldest Community Theatre

The Barn is proud to announce its CAMP BARN THEATRE 2011 for the summer.

DATES TO REMEMBER:

• Sunday, June 26, 2011 @ 4 pm Open House & Parent Orientation at The Barn Theatre, 2400 East Ocean Blvd., Stuart, FL

• Tuesday, July 5th:  Classes begin for Camp Barn Theatre 2011, Four (4) weeks / Mon-Fri 9:00 AM—4:00 PM, Final Day-July 31st –Final Performance & Cast and Awards Party

• Cost: $25.00 registration fee, $475.00 tuition for 4 wks

• Performance Show Dates: Friday, July 29th—7:00 pm, Saturday, July 30th—7:00 pm, Sunday, July 31st—2:00 pm


Camp Barn Theatre
is designed for children entering the 4th thru 10th grades who are interested in the performing arts! This exciting theatre program has been developed for students of the arts, from beginners to advanced, to promote self-confidence and creative expression, while teaching the basic tools of the theatrical trade!


Students
will receive a fundamental, working knowledge of theatre from professional actors and theatre educators. The daily classes will encompass acting, music, and theatre dance, with special guest speakers offering insight into the technical aspects of theatre, as well. Students will work together c
reatively over the course of the four week theatre camp toward the common goal of producing their own showcase.
